What we collect
If you send an enquiry or request the checklist we collect your name (enquiries), email, phone (enquiries), the topic you chose, your message, and your consent.
We do not run advertising cookies on this site. If cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics or Plausible) are added later, they do not require a cookie banner.
Why we use it
To reply to you, send the checklist you asked for, and keep a record of the enquiry. The legal basis is consent and, where we already work together, legitimate interests in providing the service.
Who we share it with
Enquiries are sent from your own email app to us. We do not sell your details. This version of the site does not store form submissions in a database.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and our professional record-keeping. You can ask us to delete correspondence that is not required for a live matter.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, corrections, or deletion, and you can withdraw consent for marketing at any time. You can complain to the ICO if you are unhappy with how we handle your information.
